Cancellation policy :

Cancellation Policy Please read and acknowledge the following terms: Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee $35 the first time, $50 the second time, all future appointments will be walk in Failure to Attend (No-Show) Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the 1st time $35,2nd time $50, 3rd full cost of the service. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session or appointments will be cancelled after 10 minutes The full service fee will apply regardless of the reduced session time. Illness and Emergencies Consideration will be given in cases of genuine emergency or illness. Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible. Payment of Fees Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. clients that have promo prepaids won’t be to use until fees are paid If no payment credit will be used to replace fees. After 30 days of no contact Acknowledgment I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy outlined above. THIS FROM MUST BE SIGNED FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT, APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED IF NOT SIGNED AND SENT BACK. 

NO INDECENT BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED, AUTOMATIC BANNED FROM FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
