My name is Tamara Sanchez.  I am currently a licensed massage therapist but I was also a PTA which gives me over two decades of bodywork experience.  My energy healing toolbox includes Reiki, HealingTouch™ and Polarity.  This experiencehas taught me to meet the body where it is and to treat the whole person.  For these reasons my passion is to treatutilizing the John F. Barnes myofascial release (MFR) method.

MFR is theprimary modality used in my sessions.  Treatmentmay include soft tissue mobilization, cupping, acupressure, Scarwork™ andenergy work depending on individual needs. I look forward to being a catalyst in your healing journey.

MFR - a quicksummary of this technique.

The fascia is athree-dimensional connected web throughout your entire body.  Restrictions in the fascia web can occur fromtrauma or injury resulting in pain and/or reduced mobility.  John F. Scarwork™

What to wear for session.

Comfortable loose-fittingclothing: gym shorts or bathing suit bottoms (men and women), andswimsuit top or sports bra/bralette for ladies.

Please do NOT apply lotionor oil of any kind as this will interfere with the direct hand to skin contactnecessary for effective myofascial release.

Cancellation Policies

*Cancellation Policy:

24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment or you willbe charged 50% of your appointment fee.

*No Shows:

Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment withoutnotice will be considered a no-show.  Allno-shows will be charged the full amount of their appointment.  This fee is due before your nextsession.  All future bookings will requireprepayment.

*Late Arrivals:

If you are late your session will be shortened in order to accommodateother appointments.  Arrival 15 minutes latewill be considered a no-show.  Regardlessof treatment length clients will be responsible for the originally scheduledsession fee.

*Sickness:

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagiousillness.  Please cancel your appointmentas soon as you are aware of your condition.
