With 14 years of experience as a sports massage therapist, i have worked in diverse settings, including clinics, hospitals, spas, and hospices, in addition to managing my own businesses, i am proficient in various modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, myofascial release, trigger point, and reflexology, with a focus on athletes, minors, geriatric and rehabilitation. my credentials also include being  licensed personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and yoga instructor, and i aim to open a studio in the future.
