My foundation is Swedish Esalen, which uses long massage strokes that promotes calm in the nervous system. My massage modalities are varied and wide after more than twenty years in the business. My specialties are Swedish, Sports, Deep tissue, Postional Release which is an unwinding technique, Shiatsu, Thai, and Myofacial. I graduated from Shiatsu School of Massage located near Napa Valley, California and for the first 15 years I honed my skills at a resort near Tahoe California. This setting allowed me to work on many people with different needs which made me a well rounded therapist. I have also been working at the highly rated Elements in the Green Hills area in Nashville. I was born and raised in Nashville and spent my summers at our family cabin on the Collins. When I circled back home from California I chose to buy and call Rock Island my home.
