Arrival time (late or early)
I understand life happens and one day you might not make it on time for our session. Yet i need to make sure everyone understands how this works. In case of late arrival your time will be cut short for example. If your appointment time is at 3:00pm and you arrive at 3:10pm, your appointment will end at 4:00pm. If I am the one running late, you will get the full time of your session, because i will adjust every appointment i have that day to accomodate everyone appropiately. If you arrive too early, appointment time is at 4:00pm and you arrive at 3:45pm. We can start early but this does not mean you get extra time. If we start at 3:50pm the end time will be at 4:50pm. You still get the full amount of your session. I felt the need to express how important this is for me and my business and give you guys a piece of mind, that i am not short changing you on our sessions,. I appreciate every single one of you and your business.
A note on cancellation & No-Show Policy.
Hello! Your appointment is reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary. I kindly request at least [24/48] hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
When you book with me, I commit to having that time available for you. A last-minute cancellation or a no-show means another client who may have wanted that spot is unable to get it. This policy helps us ensure that I can provide the best possible service to all or my valued clients. There is a 20% fee for late cancellations and no-shows, it will be charged to your credit card on file or added to the total on your next visit. Please be aware that repeated no-show (without paying fees) will unfortunately result in the inability to schedule future appointments. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for respecting my time.
A NOTE ON GIFT CERTIFICATES
Non-Transferable: Gift certifictaes are not tranferable and may only be redeemed by the bearer.
Non-Refundable: Gift certifictaes cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be refunded.
Lost/Stolen Certificates: Tanquil Touch Therapeutic Massage nor Dalines DeMarco, LMT is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Treat them like cash.
Expiration Dates: Gift certificates are categorized based on their purchase type, which determines their expiration period.
A. Standard (Non-Seasonal) Gift Certificate: These are certificates purchsed year-round and not tied to a sepcific holiday or promotional period. Validity period- 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase. Example: A certificate purchased om June 15, 2026 will expire on June 15, 2028.
B. Seasonal/ Promotional Gift Certificates: These are certificates offered during specific holidays (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) or as a part of a limited-time promotion. Validity Period- 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase or the start date of the promotion, as indicated. Example: A certificate purchased for a holiday promotion on December 1, 2025, will expire on March 1, 2026.
Important Note on Expiration: All expiration dates are final. Gift certificates that have expired will not be accepted for payment, and the remaining balance will be forfeited. Customers are encoureaged to use their certificates before the specified date.
A Note on Hygiene
Hygiene: Please arrive for your appointment with clean skin. If coming directly from the gym or other physical activity, I kindly ask that you take a few moments to freshen up.
Fragance-Free Zone: To accomodate those with allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or other heavily scented products to your appointment.
Refund Policy: There is no refunds on prepaid services. In case of no show for a prepaid appointment, I will gladly issue a store credit for future appointments. No refunds on gift certificates and no store credit.
