Massage therapy has helped me so much in my own healing journey that it seemed fitting to integrate Medical Massage techniques into my practice that bring relief and specific outcomes for those who struggle with chronic debilitating pain related to soft tissue dysfunction or injury. 
 My techniques are also perfect for those seeking a maintenance routine to help them stay pain free and feeling great!
