Hello Charleston! My name is Hannah Grindstaff and I have been a licensed Massage therapist in North Carolina since 2015. I started my career in healthcare as an NA2 working in critical and acute care, while pursuing my RN degree. This ignited my passion for helping people in need. After dealing with my own health issues, I was introduced to natural, holistic alternatives to improve my health and quality of life. I soon began the massage therapy program at Miller Motte Technical College in Fayetteville, NC. Learning how our bodies, and our minds effect our physical health was and still is fascinating to me, and being able to help Clients improve their daily quality of life is my purpose. I specialize in pain management, surgical/injury rehabilitation, scar tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point, prenatal, deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage and my favorite, Traditional Thai Massage. I have studied Thai Massage with Living Sabai since 2017 and recently at the world Renowned school- ITM in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am excited to help you find balance through traditional thai massage as well as therapeutic massage and experience the art of this ancient, healing practice. I am excited to help you meet your health and wellness goals!

*At Vital Balance Massage, a 50% deposit is required to book all services. This deposit ensures your appointment is reserved and is applied toward your service cost.*

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior or no-shows will incur a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

All deposits and gift certificates are non-refundable. 

I am a licensed massage therapist who provides professional massage therapy services. Any form of sexual solicitation or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and law enforcement will be notified.
