LIVING LIGHT WELLNESS specializes in Theragetic Massage which has a very different focus than a regular relaxation or “spa” type massage. Theragetic is a term that I've created to describe the style and function of the unique type of massage we provide. Theragetic Massage is a blended healing approach that brings together therapeutic bodywork and energetic healing into one cohesive session. The name itself reflects that union:

• Thera- → therapeutic, clinical, body-based care
• -getic → energetic, central nervous system regulation

In simple terms, it treats both the physical body and the energetic system at the same time, rather than separating them.

Most traditional massage focuses just on muscles and soft tissue, and most energy work focuses just on subtle energy fields.
Theragetic Massage intentionally weaves the two together.

During your session, I will:

• Work deeply into muscle tension, trigger points, and fascia
• Simultaneously read and respond to energetic flow, blockages, or imbalances
• Shift seamlessly between hands-on pressure and lighter, intuitive, energy-based touch
• Allow emotional or nervous-system release to happen naturally, without force

The body and energy are treated as one integrated system, not separate layers.

Most of my clients say that my sessions are deeper than a relaxation massage, but not painful like deep tissue sessions they've gotten in the past. Many feel immediate physical relief and others also notice they have improved sleep, emotional clarity, reduced anxiety, and an overall sense of reconnection with their body.
