I have had my own private practice since 2017 which I started in Charleston, SC. I am very grateful for the time that I was there and the people I got to meet and help, but now I am excited to start a new chapter here in Palm Coast, FL.

I have been licensed, insured, and practicing massage therapy since 2003. I am a certified member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) organization. I have worked with multiple chiropractors and in high-end and five-star spas, all while utilizing multiple modalities of massage (Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points, Stretching, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Swe Thai). 

Each session will be customized and tailored to your specific needs to achieve optimal results. I have an immense amount of respect and care for the work I perform and the well-being of my clients. I take great pride in my profession and its ethical standards. I believe in using massage/bodywork to help your body recover, perform, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The services that I offer work best in combination with other healthy practices such as; nutrition, physical exercise/movement, and good quality rest. I also believe in both holistic health care and modern medicine.  I love helping people and God has blessed me with the ability to do this through massage. 

I have been married to my wife and best friend since 2008. We are blessed with two beautiful children. We are simple people who love God and live it to the fullest! We enjoy nature/beach, sports, church, and relaxing with our family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your overall wellness.
