Welcome to Centered Spirit Massage. I am so glad you are here. 

Massage is an important piece to your health and wellness. Massage not only works on you physically, it also helps connect your mind and spirit. 

Reiki is energy transferred from me to you to improve the flow and balance of your energy to promote healing. 

I believe we are all here to help one another through life. Massage and reiki are my callings and I would love to share them with you.
