Welcome to Heart Space, a massage therapy studio where the goal is to facilitate your wellbeing by helping you reclaim your wholeness of body, heart and mind. Each session is an opportunity to create space for change, improvement and renewal.

My sessions derive from a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Sports Massage tailored to your personal preferences and needs at that moment. The lightness or intensity of the touch will be in reflection of what your muscle tissues call for.

Thai Yoga Massage sessions as a stand alone therapy are also offered. These sessions take place on a mat on the floor with the help of props and bolsters for your comfort. I use my hands, elbows, knees and feet to achieve deep pressure and facilitate stretching. The results include relief of back pain and stiffness, improved flexibility and range of motion and a deep sense of energized relaxation.
