I walked 700 miles across northern Spain last year. Alone. One step at a time.
Living outside, pushing through the miles and the monotony — something about all of it helped me find my way back to myself. Less anxiety, better sleep, a clearer sense of the world. A stronger commitment to live from the inside out, and follow that quiet, steady inner compass. The best life, I've come to believe, happens slowly, deliberately, and with a lot of attention paid along the way.
Massage therapy had been on my mind since my teens — long before nursing school, before years in business, before adult life. I kept pushing it off because I didn't have a plan for where it would lead. But it kept coming back up. Eventually I couldn't deny that it seemed like the next right thing.
So I adopted my Camino mantra — walk and the way will appear — and here's where it led me.
I'm a licensed massage therapist and registered nurse. What I bring to every session: unhurried presence, listening hands, compassion, and a genuine commitment to working with you — and an invitation to slow down and tune into yourself.
Standard sessions take place in the "butler's quarters" of my 1800s Victorian home on Marietta Ave in Lancaster — where I live with my favorite husband and our mini goldendoodle, Watson. In-home and on-site sessions available upon request.
When you're ready, there's space here for you.

Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
