Ashley Mittereder is the mother of 3 lovely daughters and a natural caregiver. She has worked in child care, retail management and has been a highly skilled PA State Licensed massage therapist for more than 10 years.
Stephanie L. Weaver has been practicing massage since 2002, and is a PA State Licensed and Nationally Certified (NCBTMB) massage therapist. She opened DreamWeaver Massage, a dedicated therapeutic massage studio, in Camp Hill in 2015.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) What type of massage do you provide? We have many styles in our repertoire, and we use a combination of everything that we have learned over the years to provide you with the best possible treatment.
2) What are your hours? DreamWeaver's hours are by appointment only and vary as a result. Feel free to use our online booking to see the most current available hours.
3) What is your policy for late arrivals? No matter how late you are to your appointment, we will provide you with as much time as we are able, however, you will be responsible for payment of the entire booked time.
For those who run on 'Island Time', we are able to allot extra time during the booking process, with a $10 'Island Time' Fee assessed at checkout.
4) What is your policy for Cancellations? While we hope that you will not cancel, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 Hour Notice, in order for us to fill your spot with another paying customer. However, should you provide less than 24 Hour notice, there is a $25 late cancellation fee that will be assessed. If your late cancellation is due to accident or illness, it is at DreamWeaver's discretion whether you will be charged the late cancellation fee.
5) What is your Refund Policy? DreamWeaver Massage does not provide refunds. Any situation necessitating a refund will be returned to the client in a gift certificate form for use at later date.
6) What if I forget my wallet? We understand that this can happen sometimes, in the event you forget your wallet, DreamWeaver will send you an invoice for the service(s) provided; however, you will not be permitted to return for another service, until the invoice has been paid.
Conduct
This is a professional studio, we endeavor to treat everyone with the care, compassion and respect that they deserve. That being said, this is NOT a place of ill-repute, we are NOT prostitutes. If you ask for such services or touch your therapist in an inappropriate manner, you will be asked to leave, and we will expect full payment for your scheduled appointment. Additionally, you will also NOT be permitted to schedule again in the future.
