Hello and welcome!   I am a licensed Massage Therapist who provides professional massage services dedicated to relieving muscle tension, improving mobility, and supporting physical wellness.  I attended a 750 hour program at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Scottsdale, AZ and graduated in 2012.  I've maintained my AZ license over the years and am also Licensed in Oregon. Sessions are provided in the comfort of your home, workplace, or preferred location, allowing you to receive high-quality therapeutic care without the need to travel.  Each massage is customized to address your individual needs, whether you are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, seeking targeted therapeutic relief, or to simply help relieve stress.  My goal is to deliver skilled, result-focused massage in a convenient and comfortable setting.
