Policies

New Clients, A one time security fee of $25  (fully refundable used for appointment) needs to be paid by e-transfer to jvanin90@gmail.com in order to book first appointment due to an increase of no shows and late cancellations 

Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced)

RMT’s are self employed and late cancellations affect their income immensely, your time is reserved specifically for you, last minute cancellations are hard to fill when not given the amount of time to do so, therefore late cancellations will have a strict cancellation policy, cancelled on business days from 9-4 Monday-Friday 

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours $25, treatments cancelled in 12hrs 50% of service fee, cancellation 8 hrs under is full service fee will be applied before being able to rebook.

   In order to Secure your appointment time, Please leave your email, and or  cell number, reminders are automatic please do not reply to these I will not receive it. 24hrs is needed to avoid cancelation fee, no shows are not tolerated 100% fee charged and note you will not be able to reschedule until fee is paid.
