My work is gentle, slow, and grounding — designed to help your nervous system settle and your body remember how to rest. Many people come to me when they feel overwhelmed, tired at their core, or disconnected from themselves.
If you’ve been carrying stress, emotional tension, or a quiet sense of exhaustion, this is a calm, private space where your body can soften and exhale. My touch is trauma-informed, meaning everything is done with care, attunement, and respect for your pace.
