A licensed massage therapist for 25 years, I integrate deep tissue work with soothing nervous system friendly techniques. I adjust the techniques in your session for what your body needs in the moment. I enjoy holding space for the whole person, acknowledging that true healing happens when you feel safe, supported and heard on all levels. My practice is inclusive, affirming and trauma informed.
