With over 9 years of experience in the massage therapy field, I specialize in deep tissue massage techniques designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote relaxation. I have worked in a variety of settings, including salons and private practices, which has allowed me to refine my skills and tailor treatments to each client's unique needs.

Since 2015, I have been dedicated to helping clients achieve greater mobility, reduce chronic pain, and experience relief from stress and muscle tightness. My deep tissue approach focuses on targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, providing lasting relief for those suffering from tension, injury, or postural imbalances. Currently, I practice out of two locations by appointment only to better serve my clients:

• Holistic Health Suite at 80 Grace Drive Suite G.
  Powell, OH 43065 – Every Monday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm, and every other Saturday from 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
• Ohio Neck & Back Pain Relief Centers at 491 E. center St.  Marion, Ohio 43302 – Every Tuesday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM & Wednesday 2:00 pm -7:00 pm.

In both of these locations, I provide a professional and comfortable environment where clients can feel at ease while receiving therapeutic treatments. I take a client-centered approach to each session, ensuring that the techniques used are both effective and comfortable, promoting long-term wellness.
