Aloha, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, certified by the State Medical Board of Ohio and the Board of Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I studied at the renowned Lauterstein-Conway Massage Therapy School in Austin, TX. I take pride in my ability to care for and listen to my clients' needs. With a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, along with expertise in various massage modalities, I can assess and tailor each treatment to meet the unique needs of every individual.

I specialize in Structural Integration, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports Massage. 

I grew up in Kailua, Oahu, where I achieved my dream of becoming a National Competitive Swimmer. I was the Girls State Champion from the age of 9 to 18 and earned the title of Swimmer of the Year in 1999 while holding four high school records. I swam for the University of Nevada, Reno, on a full scholarship, and it was during this time that I first experienced the benefits of massage therapy. I truly believe in its healing properties; it was the only remedy that allowed me to continue swimming despite my injuries.

My ultimate goal as a massage therapist is to promote healing, reduce stress, and help individuals reach their optimal levels of performance and health.
