With nearly 16 years of hands-on experience as a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in a holistic approach to bodywork, integrating deep tissue techniques, intuitive touch, breathwork, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), relaxation, and renewal practices. My goal is to create a personalized healing experience for each client, restoring balance, relieving tension, and promoting overall well-being. Through a combination of skill, intuition, and breath-centered techniques, I help clients release chronic patterns of stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies for lasting wellness. I only use certified organic oils for massage and bodywork to nourish and hydrate your thirsty skin. Choose from unscented or my handcrafted aromatherapy blends such as Lavender + Vanilla, Cedar + Spruce, and more. I can vary my pressure from very light as a feather to very deep pressure/deep tissue. You decide what pressure you would like at each session base on where your body as it and what you feel like you need. Clients are often referred to me for my relaxation, deep tissue and work with women for fertility and prenatal massage. I graduated with honors from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2009.  I got a job at SpaZend Day spa doing front end and back end responsibilities, before I even graduated. Upon graduation I worked under an interim license before I took the boards and passed to earn my official NYS license. From there I continued to work at SpaZend as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for 7+ years downtown in Syracuse, NY.  In 2016 I went on maternity leave a week before my second was born. Once I was ready to return to work part time, SpaZend had sadly closed its doors.  I continued to see my clients in my home office over the years until recently I had an opportunity to expand my practice a bit.  This is why I am using MassageBook to expand my practice with my current clients and any referrals they want to send my way.  Due to the delicate nature of a private massage therapy practice, I currently only see my current clientele and their direct referrals.
