With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I offer trauma-informed massage therapy that supports chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach is rooted in the understanding that trauma, long-term stress, and sensory overwhelm can become stored in the body, affecting how we move, rest, and feel safe.
Each session is intentionally paced and individualized, prioritizing consent, clear communication, and client choice. I create a calm, predictable environment where sensitive nervous systems can settle, pain patterns can soften, and healing can occur without pressure or expectation.
