Samantha specializes in pain relief, orthopedic massage, and is a certified DeepFeet Ashiatsu Therapist.  After thorough evaluation, her approach incorporates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF techniques,  and isotonic stretching as effective tools to address chronic tension, improve mobility, and support lasting relief.  Swedish massage remains a foundational element of her work, seamlessly integrated into every session to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
