Emily is a New York State licensed massage therapist. She is a graduate of New York College of Health Professions, and received her license and massage degree in 2018. In school, she learned both western and eastern style massage techniques. Along with massage, Emily is a yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2016. She practices and specializes in Ashtanga Yoga. Emily offers many different massage modalities, specializing in deep tissue. She is able to perform Swedish technique, acupressure, medical massage and Tui Na. She believes incorporating both eastern and western modalities render the most success during and after treatment. Add-on services include cupping, aromatherapy and stretching.
