| Originally from Reno Nevada, I have recently moved back after a long departure from Portland Oregon. I graduated with honors from University of Western States, Massage Therapy program in 2018. As Well as a Batcheler's of Arts, majoring in History from Portland State in 2006. I had a long career with the State of Oregon as a Mental Health Therapy Tech. My training includes Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Muscle Energy Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, etc. Emphasizes freeing restrictions in the fascial connective tissue allowing for effective movement, structure, and support. I enjoy focusing on helping clients to better connect their mind and body through movement which I incorporates in my sessions. |
