Meet Sarah, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist based in New Jersey. Trained in a variety of mindful bodywork and energy work modalities, Sarah is passionate about holistic healing. 

Starting 8/1/25 Private and Traditional Ayurvedic Bodywork offered at Ayurvedashram (North Brunswick, NJ)

Starting August 1st, Sarah will be offering traditional Ayurvedic bodywork and Panchakarma therapies at Ayurvedashram in North Brunswick. (www.myayurvedashram.com). These specialized therapies are available only after an Ayurvedic consultation with our in-house doctor.

In addition, private integrative bodywork sessions (including steam therapy) will also be available at Ayurvedashram (see services page on this website to book in). These sessions do not require a prior consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor and are ideal for those seeking general wellness, stress relief, or musculoskeletal support.

• Wednesday & Saturday: By appointment request only
