Joanna Lally is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in 2019. Since then, she has expanded her education in a variety of techniques to include: fascial methods, gentle lymphatic massage, cupping, pre and post-natal massage , hydrotherapy, Thai-inspired movements, reflexology methods, aromatherapy, as well as sports massage.
She draws from these approaches to create sessions that are tailored to each individual's preferences and areas of focus. Joanna is known for her professional, compassionate presence and her ability to provide a calming, restorative massage experience.
