Scandinavian Heritage Massage is all about celebrating the many benefits of classic Swedish massage as well as sharing the spirit of the Nordic culture in our local community.

I specialize in therapeutic Swedish massage, bringing the best of my skill and experience to the table. 

I graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha in 2014 and practiced in different states and locations before our family moved back to Nebraska in 2024. 

A fun fact about me: I grew up loving to draw, make sculptures, dance, play cello and piano, and sing. 

I feel that I create something new with every massage session. My life's calling is to promote natural ways of healing and bring people joy through the power of  massage. I believe therapeutic and caring touch is essential for personal well-being. 

In my free time I prefer to spend time outdoors when the weather is nice or read when it's best to stay inside. I love weightlifting and walking. My husband and I have three children and we live on a farm, enjoying The Good Life.
