Trista Kay Rychlik is a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Trista's Therapeutic Techniques, LLC. With a wealth of experience in various massage modalities, Trista provides a comprehensive range of services, including deep tissue, Swedish, medical, sports, and hot stone massages. Additionally, she offers specialized treatments such as dry cupping and ear candling.

Trista graduated from Bismarck State College in 2004 with an Associate in Science Degree, followed by an Associate in Applied Science for Massage Therapy from Williston State College in 2005. She furthered her education by earning a Bachelor's in Exercise Science Degree from Concordia University St. Paul in 2018. Trista has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of North Dakota since 2005.

Before establishing her own practice, Trista honed her skills at Glance Spa & Salon, where she worked as a massage therapist. In May 2017, she became self-employed, initially renting a space from Healthways and recently moving to a new location inside Therapy Retreat.

As the sole proprietor of her business, Trista manages all aspects of her practice. She is responsible for answering calls, texts, and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining her own bookkeeping. Her commitment to her clients' well-being and attention to detail ensure a personalized and effective therapeutic experience for everyone she works with.

Trista is also committed to professional development and leadership. She is a graduate of the North Dakota Women's Business Center (NDWBC) Women's Leadership Program (2019) and completed their Business Intensives Program in 2023. She is CPR/First Aid Certified and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2004.

In September 2023, Trista took on a teaching position with the Spectrum School of Massage, where she continues to serve as a part-time massage instructor. She is currently working on obtaining her full massage educator certification with Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), which she expects to complete by September.
