Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, MNH Therapies, LLC asks that you do so well before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. We understand that illness and /or emergencies happen unfortunately. If this is the case, PLEASE contact us ASAP to discuss this further. You can send an email, text, call/leave a message. Any other cancellations that are less than 24 hours are subject to 50% of the regular full service cost.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price with card on file. If no show occurs with a purchased Package, that session will be charged as a visit, and will be taken from the package. If no card is on file, you will have to pay in full for your next scheduled appointment. If next appointment is not paid or there is no clear communication and agreement between you and MNH Therapies, LLC, then MNH Therapies reserves the right to cancel your future scheduled appointment(s).

Late Arrival: If you are late to your appointment, MNH Therapies, LLC will do it's best to accommodate you. However, this is not guaranteed. In the event MNH Therapies, LLC cannot go over the scheduled time, this will result in your session ending on time and you will still be charged the full amount of your original scheduled treatment time.
