I’m a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist based in High Point, North Carolina, with a deep passion for promoting relaxation and overall well-being. I graduated from the Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC, in 2019, and since then, I’ve continued to grow and expand my skillset. I’ve earned certifications in CranioSacral Therapy, Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage, Cupping, and Gua Sha, and I’m also a Level 1 Reiki practitioner.

I offer a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, and Condition-Specific modalities. My focus is on creating a deeply relaxing, full-body experience that helps you reconnect with yourself and find a moment of peace and centeredness.

Whether you’re a first-time client or a regular visitor, I begin each session with a personal check-in to make sure the treatment is aligned with your current needs. I believe bodywork should be dynamic and adaptable—just like you—so each session is tailored to how you’re feeling in the moment.
