Hello All!

My name is Sonya and I would love to be your licensed massage therapist.

I have always been interested in holistic health. I have studied nutrition, fitness, herbalism, yoga, and meditation to manage my own holistic health needs. I decided to go to Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC to help others toward their wellness goals.

I love being a massage therapist because it is a very direct way I can help my clients reduce chronic pain, and achieve a healthy, balanced body and mind.

I have a thirst for knowledge and am always studying new modalities and techniques that will improve my ability to help my clients. My favorites right now are Trigger Point Release, CTB techniques, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology. I look forward to continuing to learn as much as I can throughout my career.

I am available for mobile massage therapy (call-out) in the Mebane/ Graham/ Burlington, NC area for homes, businesses, retirement communities, sports facilities, events, etc.
