My name is Julia Toney! I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of my community. My practice focuses on serving orally tied adults, infants, and children, offering specialized training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), soft tissue mobilization, prenatal massage, TMJ, and intraoral massage.

I believe that self-care is not a luxury, but an essential part of health. What began as a journey to help my own children heal quickly grew into a passion to help others heal as well. Through gentle, therapeutic techniques, bodywork helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore balance throughout the body. This is especially powerful for families navigating oral ties, jaw dysfunction, musculoskeletal disorders, or prenatal and postpartum changes.

To make care accessible, I offer mobile services in the comfort of your own home and I am also conveniently located off Hwy 74/76 in Delco, NC.
