Welcome to De-Vinity Massage, where professional therapeutic massage meets personalized wellness care.

My name is Iris "Nisey" Jones, LMBT #20296, and I am a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with over 11 years of professional experience.

I am also a proud United States Army veteran, having served seven years on active duty, including deployment during the Iraq War from 2005 to 2006. De-Vinity Massage is proudly veteran-owned and operated.

My Education & Professional Experience

My professional journey began at Virginia College in Savannah, Georgia, where I completed over 900 hours of comprehensive training in therapeutic massage in 2013.

Since then, I have continued expanding my knowledge and expertise through specialized continuing education courses and advanced training in various massage modalities. My diverse training allows me to offer individualized services tailored to each client's wellness needs.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of providing massage therapy services to notable individuals, including the late John Amos of Good Times and Ronnie DeVoe of Bell Biv DeVoe, as well as ice skaters performing in seasonal productions at Busch Gardens.

My professional background also includes providing therapeutic and medical massage services in chiropractic settings in Williamston and Portsmouth, Virginia. These experiences have strengthened my knowledge of muscular health, therapeutic bodywork, and client-centered care.

Appointment & Business Policies

At De-Vinity Massage, we value your time and appreciate your understanding of our appointment policies. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a professional and efficient schedule, all clients are asked to review and adhere to the following policies.

Payment & No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

All appointments require full payment at the time of booking. De-Vinity Massage maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Store credits are issued only under the specific conditions outlined in our rescheduling policy.

Rescheduling & Store Credit Policy

Clients must provide MORE THAN 24 HOURS' ADVANCE NOTICE to reschedule an appointment and qualify for store credit.

• More than 24 hours' notice: The full amount paid will be issued as store credit toward a future appointment.
• 24 hours or less notice: The full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or store credits will be issued.

Store credits are not issued for late rescheduling requests, missed appointments, or no-shows.

These policies are necessary because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and may not be filled when changes are requested on short notice.

Appointment Transfer Policy

Clients who have prepaid for an appointment and are unable to attend may transfer their reserved appointment to another individual.

Membership appointments are excluded from this transfer policy and are nontransferable.

The replacement client must attend the originally scheduled appointment date and time. The service must remain within the value of the original payment, and any additional service charges must be paid before treatment.

Clients must notify De-Vinity Massage in advance of any appointment transfer so that the replacement client's information and required intake documentation can be completed.

No-Shows & Missed Appointments

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without an approved appointment transfer will forfeit the full amount paid.

No refunds or store credits will be issued for no-shows or missed appointments.

Clients with a history of missed appointments may be subject to additional booking restrictions.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificate appointments are subject to a minimum 24-hour advance notice requirement for cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee deducted from the gift certificate balance.

Any remaining balance required to cover the scheduled service must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.

Please contact De-Vinity Massage directly for assistance with gift certificate appointments.

Memberships, Packages & Prepaid Services

Clients with memberships, service packages, or prepaid appointments must provide the required advance notice when requesting appointment changes.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 fee, payable before the next scheduled service.

Membership appointments are nontransferable and may only be used by the registered member.

Late Arrival Policy

To maintain an organized schedule and respect the appointment times of all clients, every session will conclude at its originally scheduled time.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment, and the full service fee will still apply. Additional treatment time cannot be guaranteed.

For a smooth and timely experience:

• First-time clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the required intake paperwork.
• Returning clients: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Professional Conduct & Client Safety

De-Vinity Massage provides professional massage and bodywork services exclusively for relaxation, therapeutic wellness, and appropriate muscular care.

Any inappropriate, suggestive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.

Services will not be performed when a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances.

If a session must be terminated due to inappropriate conduct or a violation of these policies, the full scheduled service fee will remain payable, subject to applicable law.

Professional Draping Policy

Your comfort, privacy, and dignity are priorities at De-Vinity Massage.

Professional draping procedures are followed throughout every massage session. Clients are appropriately covered with a sheet or other suitable draping material, and only the area being treated will be exposed.

Breast and genital areas remain covered at all times and are never massaged.
