Hello! I am a Montana native, born and raised in Shelby, Montana. Right out of high school, moved to Bozeman, MT to study massage therapy at HealthWorks Institute, graduating and receiving a license in massage therapy in 2019. Since then, I have continued to expand my skills through ongoing continuing education and find myself always eager to learn new techniques that help better serve my clients.  

My goal is to tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients and support their overall health, recovery, and performance.

In May 2026, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Montana. This education allows me to approach massage therapy with a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and rehabilitation, helping me provide more effective and informed care.
