My name is Ren, and I am the founder of Hand to Hearth. As a mom of two, I have a passion for helping parents optimize their health and happiness so they can parent better.  I realized the best way to do that was to make massage and reiki accessible in the comfort of your own home!  I am trained in multiple modalities, including sports and myofascial release, however my favorite MO is my own signature blend of nervous system work, swedish, and neuromuscular therapy (AKA triggerpoint work.) I drive to you at no extra charge, and can set up my mobile table within the 8'x10' area of your choice.
