Nurture Nest is operated by Tawney, a licensed massage therapist and birth doula (working towards DONA certification). Tawney has dabbled in reiki and myofascial release, finding they can hugely enhance an experience  - please inquire how we can incorporate these into your session and how they may increase the efficacy of the work! Whether you're looking for relaxation or focused work to relieve pain, your session is made to meet you where you are at on any given day. Nurture Nest is intended to be a professional space that fits into your life casually - showing up for yourself should be habit, not luxury. 

Disclaimer that there MAY be occasions of reschedule if Tawney is supporting a birth - don't worry! We will ensure we find a time close to the original appointment to get you in :)
