At Accessible Care Mobile Wellness, we believe that everyone deserves the healing touch of massage therapy, regardless of their circumstances or age. We bring relaxation and relief directly to you- whether at home, or in a care facility. Our practice is dedicated to serving all individuals, from children to seniors, including those with disabilities, and special needs.
We understand that each person is unique, and we adapt our approach to meet the specific requirements of every client. Our therapists are trained in a variety of techniques and have experience working with all age groups. We create a calming and supportive environment that respects individual sensitivities and preferences, ensuring comfort and safety for everyone.

First time clients: Please complete the Health History form sent to you upon booking before your service begins. If you are completing this information for a loved one, please provide their accurate details on the forms. If the service will be provided at a location other than a home address, be sure to include the service location in the notes section. Should the service location change, please contact us to update the information as soon as possible.
Our cancelation/refusal/ and minors policies:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but as a mobile wellness service, time and travel are essential to providing the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following no-show/cancelation policy:
- No-Show Fee: If you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you are not at the provided address within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
- Communication: If you know you cannot make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid the no-show fee. We will do our best to reschedule your service at a more convenient time.
- Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly in the event of an emergency to discuss potential exceptions to this policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all clients efficiently and effectively.
NOTE: We do not provide services at hotel or motel locations.
Service Refusal Policy
At Accessible Care Mobile Wellness, we prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of both our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Inaccurate or incomplete health information that could compromise the safety of the service.
- Unsuitable service environments, including insufficient space or unsafe conditions.
- The presence of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct.
- The client or legal guardian/ caretaker is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- The service location is in a hotel, motel, or other locations that do not meet our policy guidelines.
- Any health-related concerns that may put the client or therapist at risk.
In the event that a service is refused or discontinued, applicable cancellation or no-show fees may apply. We kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to our policies to ensure a safe and professional experience for everyone involved.
Minor Service Policy
At Accessible Care Mobile Wellness, we are dedicated to providing safe and effective therapeutic services to clients of all ages, including minors. To ensure the well-being of young clients and maintain the highest standards of care, please review our policy for working with minors:
- Parental/Guardian Presence and Consent: A parent or legal guardian must be present in the immediate vicinity during the entire session and provide written consent for the minor to receive massage therapy. For younger children, it is advisable for the guardian to be in the same room to ensure comfort and safety. Consent forms must be completed and signed before the start of the session.
- Age Requirements: We offer services to clients ranging from infants to teens. For each developmental stage, services are tailored to meet individual needs, with prior discussion and agreement with the parent or guardian.
- Health History and Emergency Contact: A comprehensive health history form must be completed by the parent or guardian, detailing any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns. Emergency contact information must also be provided and kept updated.
- Comfort and Communication: The therapist will adapt the session to suit the minor's developmental level, ensuring comfort and ease throughout. Open communication with the parent or guardian is encouraged to address any questions or concerns.
- Safety and Conduct: All sessions with minors are conducted in a professional manner, adhering to appropriate touch and privacy standards. Any behavior that compromises safety or comfort will result in the immediate termination of the session.
By following these guidelines, we aim to create a positive and secure environment for our younger clients and their families.
