I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage session that might make massage a bad idea, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE your massage. If you are pregnant at the time of your massage appointment, please contact me BEFORE your massage.
I do my best to ensure courtesy to my clients should any event or changes need to be made on my behalf and ask the same proper respect from my clients of a simple 24 hours notice. When booking you are agreeing to the terms and acknowledge that should the below occur a future card hold fee of 50% will be enforced and required for future booking. Furthermore you may be prevented from being accepted as a continued client and book in the future. Your card is kept confidential and only charged the 50% of service in the event that the following occur.

No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment. If late you will still be required to pay full amount of original time booked. If 15-20 minutes has passed since the scheduled start time of your appointment with no arrival or communication given on your late arrival you will be presumed a no-show and may not receive service.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment. This allows proper time to fill out necessary paperwork if you are a new client and ensure your appointment starts on time. A late arrival will affect the length of treatment time which will end as scheduled, in order to service next guest on time.
MInors are allowed to be serviced so long as the parent consent form is filled out.
Please be sure to inform me of any allergies you may have or injuries.
Payments may be made by Credit/Debit, Venmo, Cashapp, Chime, Zelle, Chime, Cash. (Merchant does not carry cash)
Please note: I am a separate business working out of a suite which is inside of another business. Green Lotus kindly requests a no shoes indoor rule to be held for all bodies who enter, that includes all business owners, employees or clients. It is asked that you comfortably remove your shoes upon entering the facility. There is a shoe bench or room suite for placement as well as grip socks or slippers available for use. You are welcome to bring personal slippers to travel around indoors if you prefer. Thank you.
