Massage By Katie offers therapeutic and relaxation massage focused on relieving chronic pain, reducing muscle tension, and supporting both physical and mental well-being. Each session is intentionally personalized, recognizing that no two bodies respond the same way to stress, injury, or touch.

While we share similar anatomy, every individual experiences pain, tension, and healing differently. My goal is to tailor each massage to address your specific concerns—whether that includes pain management, stress reduction, anxiety relief, improved flexibility, or overall wellness—while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

Therapeutic massage can provide meaningful benefits for both physical and mental health. Physically, massage helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, increase mobility, and support recovery from chronic discomfort. Mentally, massage can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and promote a greater sense of relaxation and well-being.

Services & Therapeutic Enhancements

A variety of therapeutic modalities and enhancements are available to customize your session, including:

• Hot stone therapy
• Aromatherapy
• Cupping therapy
• Red light therapy
• Silent appointments for clients who prefer minimal conversation

Massage Upgrades: Area-specific CBD applications are available to support localized pain relief and inflammation reduction.

Appointments

• Massage sessions are available by appointment only (no walk-ins)
• New clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. First time appointments are generally 10 to 15 minutes longer.
• A one time 50% deposit is required for all new clients

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, may be charged the full session fee. Missed appointment balances must be paid prior to the next scheduled session. If a prepaid session or gift card is on file, the balance may be deducted accordingly.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate scheduled clients that follow. Appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

Refund Policy

All card refunds are subject to an 8% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

ZERO TOLERANCE

I have a STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any form of sexual harassment this includes but not limited to:

sexual jokes, comments or innuendos

request for sexual acts or services

Any violation will result in immediate termination of the service. If the session is ended due to any form of sexual harassment or inappropriateness, full session fees will still apply and client will be banned! 

Any form of harassment will be reported to local authorities
