My training is from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield Mi.  I have been practicing massage since 2009.

 My style is therapeutic. Your body will feel alive and refreshed after I have worked spots of tension while incorporating different modalities and techniques used in massage (trigger point, myofascial release,stripping,friction,stretches,compressions, etc..)to open and release tissue, increasing healing,circulation, and range of motion.

I have recently obtained my Esthetician license and find great joy in helping you reach your skin care goals.

I consider it a blessing to be able to work with clients so that we can bring your body to a state of homeostasis and maintain it.  Our everyday lives put stress and change on our bodies. Just like your house or your car, your body needs to be maintained to run smoothly.  Integrating the many talents I've learned we will work together to perfect this.
