If you're having trouble finding a session time you might try a shorter session to get in sooner rather than later. 

NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AN ELECTRONIC INTAKE FORM 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE FORM IS MANDATORY AND YOUR SESSION WILL NOT BEGIN WITHOUT IT. IT WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PUT ON FILE WHEN SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT.
