My name is Crystal, and together with my husband Devon, we run a home-based practice here in Winnipeg.

Specializing in the neck and shoulder, I like to focus on a therapeutic approach to treatments and long term health. I take an exercise science-based approach with many of my treatments and believe a strong body significantly reduces injury with increased mobility. Please note as well, we have implemented a few new policies effective March 01, 2026.

Please note, I reserve to right to terminate a massage should I be presented with inappropriate behavior or line of questioning. Anything sexual or suggestive in nature will be promptly addressed and the massage will end. 

I have a Zero Tolerance policy and make no exceptions regardless of past or new client. As a client you are required to pay for the full dollar amount of scheduled treatment regardless of the appointment time. Beyond that, you will be reported to any and all massage associations to prevent an incident from happening to a fellow therapist. Please, do not test this, I'm not afraid to embarrass you and call you out. 

Please note as well, new clients that no-show for their first appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service amount from their missed appointment at the next booking. Should you need to cancel, kindly give us 2 hours notice so we can fill that time slot.
