HEALTH & COMFORT PRACTICES
At A Touch of Solitude, masks continue to be used when working on the upper torso as a gentle preventative measure to help reduce the spread of colds and flu, supporting a comfortable and healthy environment for all. Clients are welcome to bring their own mask. If you do not have one, we are happy to drape a cloth over your nose and mouth if you do not have a mask.
Please note: a mask is required during passive neck stretching sessions due to facial close range.
