My mission is to help people live with more comfort and ease in their bodies and with relief of chronic and acute pain and stress.

I specialize in therapeutic massage and restorative massage.  Since every person’s experiences, perceptions and needs are unique, I provide an integrated massage using a variety of modalities and techniques to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself and soothe the nervous system.
