Hi everyone!  My name is Sandi Lachapelle and I'm super excited to meet you soon and help you with whatever is preventing you from enjoying the balance of life.  I've been in practicing massage therapist since 2012.  I graduated from Salter College in West Boylston, MA.

I created New Embrace in the fall of 2025 to help those who have gone through breast/chest surgeries.  I've had so many ladies walk into my session room with rounded shoulders and are hunched over.  I really wanted to learn how to help them better than from what I already knew.  I took a 6-month mentoring and training course through the Mastectomy Guide, which really opened my eyes to the different surgeries for the breast and chest.  I've learned how to help increase the range of motion in the shoulders, soften scar tissue and help with some of the complications that mastectomy clients can experience. 

Everyone's body, needs and reaction to massage is different.  Let me work with you to create a session that is right for you.

My studio is located in Dudley, MA.  I am also a massage therapist at Westborough Massage.
