Not familiar with myofascial release? No problem! Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle but effective treatment to lengthen and rehydrate the connective tissue that covers your entire body. When fascia becomes restricted it can feel like thousands of pounds of pressure on your nerve endings creating pain and discomfort. MFR will be completely explained during your first session.
