About Me:

Hello, I’m Sue, a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Master Reiki practitioner with 8 years of experience. My passion for massage began in my mother’s nail salon, where I started by massaging hands and feet. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. I believe massage can address physical, psychological, and spiritual pain. My goal is to create a healing experience for each client, helping them achieve inner peace and serenity.

Policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. This policy also applies to no-shows.

Prepaid Services:
If you have prepaid for a service, cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable. However, the amount may be issued as a credit toward a future appointment that you may reschedule at your convenience.

Please note that if late cancellations or no-shows become a repeated occurrence, credits may no longer be issued for missed prepaid appointments.

Severe Weather:
In the event of severe weather conditions, this cancellation policy will not apply. In these circumstances, we will work together to reschedule your appointment at a later date.

Completed services are non-refundable.

This policy helps ensure fairness and allows all clients access to available appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
