Sparks the Light Massage is centered on body, mind and spirit vitality. Sparks the Light Massage with Neci~ a working practice based out of my home in Bloomington IN.  Tucked in the Pinestone neighborhood of Bloomington Indiana’s east side; not far from home yet plenty of space to take a moment for you. 
   Experience massage as an integrative tool for letting go of tension, release of stress, ease of pain -across your whole being, body, mind and spirit. I, Neci, yield with each individual client and client's session for the human body’s innate wisdom, the way we move and the resilience we build everyday throughout our lives.

    The name Sparks the Light Massage was decided upon our own personal belief and experience that when participating in Bodywork such as Massage YOUR strength and willpower is stoked into a bright flame manifesting health, healing, a happy body and mind! 

   Having trained in 300+ hours of RYT and actively teaching a few Yoga classes per week. The journey called for expansion of Massage! After completing the Massage Therapy Program with Ivy Tech in August of 2021 I have maintained Indiana state licensure, insurance and a steady practice. 
   
  My approach to your session, is making use of the tools, techniques and data I have acquired proven to relax your nervous system, alleviate pain and stress, rejuvenate blood flow, and create lasting effects that ease tension in body and mind. Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage, Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, Range of Motion/Posture Analysis, Guided Meditation, Pranayama and Aromatherapy are the different styles and practices of Massage offered. If curiosity strikes, I am able implement Tuning Forks as well as cupping to your session, message for more details! 
  
  Each session is based on your  immediate desired outcome for your time on the table. Create your opportunity to let go of tension throughout your whole being, I also offer 1-on-1  or private group Yoga classes dm for details.
