I have spent much of my life immersed in healthcare and wellness, guided by a deep fascination with the human body—how we think, feel, move, and exist as an intricate, sacred whole. My path has been shaped not only by study, but by lived experience.
A significant portion of my journey has been rooted in death, dying, and grief. Growing up in the deathcare industry offered me an intimate understanding of life’s most tender thresholds. This foundation led me into traditional medical settings, and eventually into my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Death Doula—roles where I learned to support both the living body and the transitioning soul.
Over time, I began weaving together everything I had experienced—clinical knowledge, embodied practice, and personal insight—into a more holistic and intuitive approach to care.
In January 2025, my life shifted profoundly. Whether described as a near-death experience or a spiritual awakening, I found myself standing at the edge of a threshold—faced with deep transformation regardless of which path forward I chose. This was not a quiet calling; it was a clear and undeniable insistence to realign my life.
That moment led me to reevaluate everything, especially my relationship with health after feeling failed by traditional systems. I began shedding what no longer aligned and expanding into a more authentic, integrative way of living and supporting others.
In September 2025, I took a decisive step forward by enrolling in the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Practitioner Program, deepening my understanding of how to nourish the body from the inside out through nutrient-dense, intentional living.
Throughout my life, I have carried many versions of myself through many seasons—each one rooted in the exploration of body, mind, and spirit. This matters because it allows me to meet you not from theory alone, but from lived experience. While I may not have walked your exact path, I have walked parallel ones that remind me of our shared humanity.
I show up with humility, compassion, and the ability to meet you exactly where you are—without judgment. My work is to support you in replenishing your body, reconnecting with yourself, and reawakening your sense of well-being.
At the heart of it all, I live for connection—connection to people, to the land, to Source, to food, and to the life that flows through all things. I share the love of the Creator, Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, and my ancestors through my work, through touch, through nourishment, through presence, and through the way I listen and care.
My practice is an offering—rooted in intention, guided by experience, and given with love.
