With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in hot stone deep tissue for chronic pain reduction. I implement a variety of modalities that I’ve learned over the years including trigger point and myofascial release techniques for increased mobility. Cupping, gua-sha, and fascia scrubbing are also available.

I also provide chair massage at corporate offices, chiropractic offices, convention centers, music festivals, farmer' markets, convention centers, theaters, weddings, baby/bridal showers, and private parties.  My weekends are typically reserved for my chair massage gigs.  I am also the resident massage therapist for three well-known theaters in downtown Aurora. 

I own the two wellness collectives in the area, one in Aurora and another in Batavia, where my massage studios are located.
